The Enterprise Services Program & Strategy Implementation team manages all new business, renewal and endorsement transactional documents for the enterprise, and is charged with developing and overseeing multi-year roadmaps to implement new capabilities supporting document management, enterprise content management, eSign and electronic delivery.This individual would support efforts to expand our capabilities to provide an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) ecosystem and processes. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with individuals across the enterprise, this individual will help embed capabilities to enable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for our customer-facing documents and communications:Project Management: Attend and contribute to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Core Team Member meetings. Achieve seamless project delivery and results and report on success criteria/metrics, communicating results to stakeholders, course correcting and offering innovative solutions. Support the development of business requirements and process flows for the creation/change/approval of content. Support tracking & testing of new ECM products/processes. Investigate/resolve issues.Ensure all project decisions support business results and drive efficiencies/consistency. Support the development of ECM taxonomy and governance processes. Change Management: Support the development and execution of a variety of AOR communications, education and tactics to ensure adoption of ECM processes, working with Change Management partners, and integrating with broader Transformative Growth (TG) messages. Stakeholder Management & Engagement: Provide input to key decisions and escalate issues related to resources/expenses/financial plans. Engage market-facing businesses for reuse/extension opportunities.Partner with Sr. Manager - ECM to create presentations/visibility for executive leaders and ECM TeamProvide overviews/updates reflecting overall progress, success criteria, risks, budgets and metrics associated with this work. Collaboration: Support the partnership with Product and Marketing content authors/approvers across the enterprise and Technology to design the ECM ecosystem and workflow processes. Populate ECM system with content for the proof-of-concept and TG minimal viable product (MVP). Gain deep business process and ECM Tools subject-matter-expertise.
