Job Description

Our staffing firm represents a Silicon-Valley-based company that has the only patented, award-winning cloud solution that solves the number one B2B sales challenge - getting hard to reach decision-makers on the phone.


We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have sold SaaS solutions, specifically to sales leaders such as the CRO or SVP of Sales. Our solution is in high-demand and we thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and action-packed. If you like to sell to the enterprise and you have a strong working knowledge of outbound sales approaches -- this job is for you!


You will be selling a revolutionary solution that makes teams significantly more effective -- a true force multiplier. You must be a hunter and love the thrill of the close.


You can reside anywhere in North America, working remotely from your home office.


Solution

Our client's solution combines best-in-class technology and human intelligence. Their cloud-based sales acceleration platform overcomes the limitations of dialers eliminating voicemail, gatekeepers, or phone directories. Your sales teams only deal with conversations and 100% automated follow-up with decision-makers on your list.


Role

  • Individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales/Marketing.
  • Base $90-125K, 2X OTE. Sales plans have accelerators and are uncapped.
  • MANDATORY: 7+ years SaaS sales experience selling to senior-level sales executives.
  • Demonstrable relationships with CRO/SVPs - you've spoken with the c-suite.
  • Track record of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets.
  • Previous experience with high-velocity, early-stage startups is a BIG plus.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations (when safe).

  • Proven leadership with experience growing companies at this stage.
  • Awarded American Association of Inside Sales Professionals "Service Provider of the Year" for seven (7) straight years.
  • In 2020*, all but one sales executive met or exceeded their annual sales plan. Top performers regularly exceed $300K OTE.
  • New logos include RingCentral, SAP/Concur, Intuit, and IBM.
  • Work Remotely. When safe, travel only as required (10-20%).
