Must be a self-motivated problem solver with a proven track record of enterprise sales and thrive in a fast-paced, own your own destiny sales environment.What you'll be doingProspect, qualify, sell and close new business to existing and net new customersDevelop a hardware and technology point of view to the customer engagement.Educate customers on the value of Autonomous products throughout the adoption cycleAccurately forecast quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned regionEstablish lasting relationships with C-level and VP-level executivesFoster Net-New B2B relationships for Autonomous through cold-calling effortsUtilize solution-selling techniques to close salesTireless dedication to the number, and to deadlinesStay informed of the product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact customer business activitiesConduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happinessServe as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product developmentDevelop and maintain business relationships with existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and campaignsFollow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.Demonstrates leadership skills in the orchestration of remote teams.Identify, develop, and work with regional distribution partnersEnsure account teams and Partners/Dealers are well versed in each account's strategy and well positioned for all customer touch points and events.What you should have 8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizationsExperience managing a pipeline and closing large contractsExperience selling to VP level + and C-suite decision-makers in Enterprise accountsExperience in Account, Business Development and Customer Relationship ManagementMust be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivatedExperience in Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.Proven successful track record of successfully navigating and closing Enterprise-sized accounts - SaaS and/or HardwareExperience in establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to valueExperience in building a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities and accurate account information and coachingExperience in leading designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cyclesExperience in developing and delivering comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain pointsExperience in Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity ManagementExperience in leveraging support organizations including Marketing, Inside sales, Partners and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory.Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach experience requiredBachelor's degree requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payApplication Question(s):How many years of experience in enterprise sales do you have?
