Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of success selling solutions to the heads of sales and marketing. He/she will have a strong working knowledge of outbound sales approaches and the importance of live connections. You'll be selling a revolutionary solution - not evolutionary. You should be a true hunter and love the thrill of the close.


You can reside anywhere in North America, working remotely from your home office.


The position reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

Role

  • Individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Sales/Marketing.
  • Base salary of $90-130K - OTE is double.
  • Sales plans have accelerators and are uncapped.
  • MANDATORY: 7+ years of direct selling experience selling revolutionary technologies.
  • Track record of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets.
  • Demonstrable relationships with CRO/CMO/VPs responsible for generating revenue.
  • Previous experience with early-stage startups puts you on top of the list.
  • Knowledge/experience with a sales methodology (e.g., Challenge, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.).
  • Ability to travel to customer locations (when safe and as necessary).

  • Multiple reps made over $300K in total compensation uncapped and into accelerators.
  • Recent new logos include RingCentral, SAP/Concur, Intuit, and IBM.
  • Work Remotely. When safe, travel only as required (10-20%).
