Job Description


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Join a high growth, high performing team
  • Goal-driven to establish strong personal relationships with prospects and convert them to clients in our community
  • Research prospects to understand their value propositions both qualitative and quantitative and create highly customized value selling scenarios in the Ecosystems platform
  • Conduct personal discovery meetings by utilizing exceptional listening and comprehension skills to uncover hidden customer needs and values
  • Lead world-class experiences with the Ecosystems software as its being evaluated by prospects
  • Ability to forecast opportunities and manage them in a pipeline through to close
  • Directly interface and develop relationships with the following executive personas:
    • Chief Revenue Officer
    • Chief Marketing Officer
    • Chief Customer Officer
    • Head of Sales Enablement
    • Head of Sales Operations
  • Meet quarterly metrics you must be comfortable with outcome-based success metrics.


  • Passionate and gritty; excited to tackle challenging goals
  • Self-starter with impeccable time management skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-7 years of proven prospecting and closing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in establishing C-Level relationships
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle from start to finish
  • Comfort discussing financial value metrics with executives like ROI, TCO, and payback
  • Experience in both using and presenting with software
  • Hyper-organized and diligent in outreach and follow up
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales and/or customer success, and/or relationship-building with clients
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship building skills
