Job Description

**Description:**• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and delight our families - Handle inbound calls in a phone queue setting, assisting families through the Connections Academy course placement process - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Pearson's K-12th grade curricular options and state specific processes - Understand and be able to assist prospective families with understanding the requirements of the course placement process, including academic document requirements (report cards, transcripts, special education documents, etc) - Communicate grade level placement decisions clearly and accurately through verbal communication with families - Escalate delays and exceptions to the Placement Leadership Team - Build trusted reciprocal relationships - Other duties as assigned.**Skills:**customer service, call center, Teacher, Counselor, curriculum, school**Top Skills Details:**Customer serviceCall Center**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**• Some College - Bachelor's degree preferred Prior customer service experience is highly preferred Experience in a K-12 educational setting/school, preferably as a teacher, school counselor, registrar or school support professional Knowledge of curriculum as it corresponds to students' developmental stages and state standards a plus Knowledge of online student information systems a plus Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Able to act as a team player and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to learn quickly and multitask Fast thinking and good problem solver Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite Computer Skill level (proficient)**Experience Level:**Entry Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
