**Description:**Reporting to the Supervisor of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Management Assistant will be accurately and efficiently reviewing student enrollment documentation.Communicate with families regarding missing or incomplete enrollment data and responds to caretaker inquiries.Other responsibilities include the maintenance of enrollment data and assisting with the saving, uploading, and scanning of enrollment documentation as needed.The Associate will work with the Enrollment Team to provide the most accurate and timely turnaround of enrollment data verification.Accurate processing of enrollment documentation including proof of age, proof of residency, and immunization records within 24 business hours of receiptReview academic documentation including report cards, unofficial transcripts, state test scores, and home school documents for compliance and completeness; Review special education documentation including Individualized Education Plans (IEP), evaluation reports, and 504 Plans for compliance and completeness; Review gifted documentation including gifted evaluations, Gifted Individualized Education Plans (GIEP), and testing results for compliance and completeness;Assist with naming, saving, and uploading of enrollment and academic documents as needed; • Assist the Enrollment Processing Team in record maintenance, as needed**Top Skills Details:**Data entry - will be entering 10-15 forms an hourMicrosoft office OR tech savvy (communicating through Teams, Outlook for emails, Excel for distribution of work)Customer service - outbound calls at times to parents to confirm details/information**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
