About the role:
Role: Engagement Manager - Deployment
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PST)
Salary Range: US$1,200.00 - US$1,500.00 per month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in the overall success of the deployment team leaders by providing support in multiple areas.
As an Engagement Manager, your mission will be to enable the overall success of the deployment team leaders by providing cross-functional collaboration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect baseline metrics from diverse sources (e.g., survey responses, Electronic Health Records analytic reports).
- Conduct initial analysis and automate spreadsheets for efficient data monitoring.
- Regularly update documentation statuses for each deployment.
- Monitor internal dashboards, report daily trends, and highlight significant changes or patterns.
Customer Liaison:
- Track and follow up on important customer/user requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for users.
Task Management and Support:
- Organize, maintain, and track a centralized to-do list for deployment team leaders and members.
- Assist in creating and proofreading presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research to support decision-making on new deployments and projects.
- Help in generating feedback reports for users.
Communications and Calendar Management:
- Monitor and manage deployment managers' inboxes, and draft emails for review.
- Consolidate messages from various channels to streamline information flow.
- Handle all aspects of meeting planning, including scheduling, managing RSVPs, researching attendees, and distributing agendas.
- Attend meetings and provide summaries with action items.
- Follow up with team members on delegated tasks, providing updates and ensuring accountability.
Travel Management:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for internal and external events, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Immediate Tasks for the First 6 mos:
- Build trust and rapport with the deployment team leaders, members, and customers using our product.
- Take ownership of calendars, action items, inboxes, meeting pre-briefs and debriefs, customer relationship management, documentation, deployment statuses, etc.
- Overall support for company projects and targets as needed.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
- Ideally, with a minimum of 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience in high-growth tech startups.
- Amenable to working within US time zones (Eastern Time, Central Time, and Pacific Time).
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Proven track record in managing and prioritizing tasks, including handling shifting priorities.
- Strong desire for personal growth and learning, with a receptive attitude towards feedback and a growth mindset.
- Values encompass high integrity, honesty, loyalty, ownership, and a positive can-do attitude.
