What you'll do:
Leverage your mastery of the written word to engage a global audience with the technologies and stories of our tools, systems, and other new initiatives.
Develop new creative ideas and inventive ways to communicate so people will sit up and get engaged.
Effectively inform and promote the Scale Now brand and applicable programs' mission, value and specific messaging to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with Business Stakeholders, Change Management and Transformation Strategy, Employee Communications, Learning, and Digital Adoption teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, training, corporate branding, and guidelines.
Create compelling narrative solutions that work and are consistent across multiple communication channels.
Design and deliver creative content to help our end users successfully use new technology solutions and applications.
Develop digital communications content, such as videos, gifs, digital signage, infographics, emails, newsletters, in-tool UI/UX design, and more!
Assist producing collateral for live/remote town hall events.
Continuously explore new and innovative ways to engage audiences while transferring skills/knowledge and driving sustainable behavior change.
Skills & Experience:
Experience and flexibility in various writing styles including, but not limited to, social media, video scripts, newsletters, emails, speechwriting, interviews, blogging, podcasting, etc.
Expert command of the English language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Excellent communication, collaboration, researching, and interviewing skills
A love of storytelling and capturing reader attention through a variety of formats and modalities
Interest and experience in writing about SaaS tools, programs, and processes for a broad end-user audience
Ability to learn unfamiliar subject matter quickly and write about it authoritatively
Experience distilling sources of information into meaningful inputs
Experience crafting simple and compelling presentations
Experience with streaming technology
Openness and willingness to collaborate with seasoned creative teams with a thoughtful, encouraging team spirit
Experience embracing and working with an established brand identity
Must be able to manage your own projects and workflows
Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high growth and high output environment
