Job Description

URGENT NEED! This role has the potentialto convert to FTE for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities:
  • Completing Physician/Facility Adds and Updates - Entering/Updating data from ticketing system request into HomeCare HomeBase application
  • Making updates in HomeCare HomeBase to patient data based on requests through ticketing system
  • Processing Mobile Device orders received in ticketing system - emailing mobile vendor information, using standard templates, from ticket to complete setups.
  • Reaching out to agency workers via email, webex or phone to clarify or confirm information from ticket request.
  • Other projects as assigned that would be related to data entry or basic administrative tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills are required
