Job Description

Location Details: Romania, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home.You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are the pulse of the entire recruitment process, responsible for strengthening the company's brand by being the face of the company in the eyes of our candidates! You will build solid relationships with our candidates, as well as with our business partners and hiring managers. From coordinating the interview process to a new hire’s first day of work, you will own all aspects of the candidate experience, helping to ensure it is exceptional and differentiated, for each individual.  

What you'll get to do...

  • Coordinate and manage the external hiring and internal change job processes for candidates globally including scheduling interviews, generating offer documents, handling background screenings, and ensuring the completion of onboarding tasks
  • Regularly follow up with candidates, by Zoom, phone, or email, to keep them well-informed throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Investigate, assess, and problem-solve candidate and new hire issues  
  • Establish relationships with candidates, the Recruiting team, and our internal partners
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams including IT, HR Operations, Legal, HRBPs, and internally within Recruiting
  • Sustain coordination efforts by balancing multiple priorities at once
  • Demonstrate your experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, easily adapting when processes get off course
  • Maintain data by tracking metrics weekly
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Your experience should include...

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination, or administrative role
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically with Outlook and Excel
  • Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated willingness and capability to dive into the details and proactively ask for help
  • Ability to think creatively with an agile approach
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Good English skills – both verbal and written

You might also have...

  • Experience and familiarity with employment contracts across different EMEA and APAC locations, specifically Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, India, and UK is strongly preferred
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), interview scheduling tools (preferably Zoom or Prelude), HRIS tools (Workday), and other recruiting- and HR-related systems and programs
  • Passion for delivering a great candidate experience and for making a difference
  • Proficiency in additional languages
