Job Description

Description We are seeking an E-Learning Project Manager to support the Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) Support Team. As an E-Learning Project Manager, you will support the design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality learning assets and experiences. These assets and experiences will be delivered in modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual learning opportunities. Responsibilities Support the program manager by monitoring and tracking progress of multiple task orders as assigned. Support the program manager in meeting and developing reports to the Government on contract and task order progress. Communicate with the courseware development team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met, as assigned. Refine project requirements by meeting with the client and reviewing performance work statements (PWSs). Support the creation of cost estimates based on project requirements from the PWS. Develop work breakdown structures (WBSs) based on the requirements meeting with the client and review of the PWS. Develop project schedules based on the requirements from the PWS. Monitor schedule for potential issuesrisks impacting project baseline. Create project management plans and schedules that are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and task order requirements, and other training related activities. Participate in kick-off meetings with client and internal kick-off meetings with production team. Ensure completion of task orders within negotiated time frames and budget constraints. Meet and interact with Government personnel and stakeholders at all levels in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and individual task orders. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of task orders as determined by the requirements of PWS. Coach colleagues in best-practices when working with DAU. Requirements Five years of intensive experience managing e-learning production At least 5 years of experience working as an ISD or e-learning developer Experience working with Federal or DOD-related federal agencies preferred East Coast Core Hours of 9am to 3pm EST Reliable high-speed internet connection Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong technical writing skills Expertise with MS Project Proficiency in MS Office The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.
