Remote employees may be required to work onsite on occasion as prescribed by the supervisor and travel accommodations may be provided dependent upon distance. Remote applicants must have reliable internet and reside within the State of Oregon. Basic computer equipment will be provided for remote positions for business use. Type: Full-Time/Non-ExemptHours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PMReports to: ASC Operations OfficerDescription:As a Citizens Bank E-Banking Representative working on-site in our Account Service Center (ASC), you will work with our E-Banking services team and provide support to Mobile Deposit Capture and Remote Deposit Capture products all while providing our branches with exceptional customer service. Though prior experience is preferred, no prior banking experience is required and on the job training will be provided. Apply now and start your banking career with Citizens Bank.Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:Mobile Deposit Capture and Remote Deposit Capture support.Cross train in other areas of E-Banking including ACH Origination and Receipt, Online Banking and Mobile banking. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other banking regulations. Comply with all Bank policies and proceduresMaintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information. Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments to maximize effectiveness and to best serve our customers. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Banking experience preferred. Personal working knowledge of Online Banking and Mobile Banking services required.Prior customer service experience preferred.High level of computer competency (including Windows 10 and Office 365) required.Experience with general office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, 10-key, filing systems etc. Displays a high level of professionalism.Proficient knowledge of basic addition and subtraction.Physical requirements: May sit or stand for extended periods of time and may maneuver bags/boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. May handle documents and may use fine motor skills.
