Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to home appliances.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service needs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers about product features and usage to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
