Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within our support systems.
  • Collaborate with technical and content teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of any additional languages is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or tech industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an enthusiastic and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist with basic technical issues related to online streaming.
