Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel policies, services, and local attractions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the service experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and procedures is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
