Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries, providing detailed information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to improve service processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their relationship with us.
  • Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and client needs to offer tailored support.
  • Promote a positive company image and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in client support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries proactively.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and ticketing software is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
