Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel changes.
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
- Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to suggest improvements for service enhancement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to professionalism.
- Experience in the travel or airline industry is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
