You will proactively assess technical talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across Nike Technology, with a sharp focus on managing diverse pipelines. Earning trust across a range of partners and customers, you will establish yourself as the authority for Technology Sourcing. You will actively form meaningful relationships with talent, using such as Taleo ATS, Avature CRM, Gild, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and HiringSolved.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis role is embedded in our Diversity Talent Sourcing Team within the Recruiting organization. This role will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Technology Recruiting team to support all hiring for Nike's Global Technology organization.WHAT YOU BRING Open to remote work, except cannot work in Colorado. Colorado candidates will be required to relocate. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. 2+ years' full cycle recruitment and/or technical sourcing experience with focus on developing diverse pipelines of talent. 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree. Direct experience sourcing for talent in three or more of the following areas: Technical and Solutions Architects; Core Engineering (front-end, back-end, full stack, mobile) with Retail/eCommerce experience; Advanced Analytics (Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Personalization); Platform Engineering (Cloud experience a plus); Innovation Engineering; Network and Infrastructure; Cyber Security/Information Security (IAM, Cyber Threat, Risk, Governance); Technical Product Management; User Experience (UX) Design; Technical Program Management. Dynamic talent sourcing experience competing across the Technology talent marketplace. Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines. Expertise in assessing technical talent. Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent.
