Director, Solutions Consulting (TripSource) - Remote

Global Solutions Engineering is a team of solution subject matter experts focused on defining and communicating the ideal solution to current customers and strategic sales prospects. As one of the largest travel commerce and digital platforms for business in the world, we invest heavily in our own products and partner with industry leading providers.  In this position, you and your teammates will collaborate on our sales and client retention efforts by positioning and showcasing BCD’s products and services.  This is a hands-on, client-focused, technically knowledgeable and commercially savvy role. 

As BCD evolves, this role will focus on our TripSource platform—partnering with and training commercial teams to clearly articulate and deliver our value proposition and bring our exciting platform to life.

As a Director, Solutions Consulting (TripSource), you will

• Educate, model, and facilitate to improve the telling of our digital story
• Know the industry, look around the corner, and be bold
• Share our common goals and objectives and work across the team to ensure alignment and that we are all sharing in successes
• Build relationships across the team and within the company; maintain a network of resources and support

About you

• Extensive experience in a similar role. Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll interact with a variety of partners and will need a high level of comfort in communicating with professionals of different backgrounds
• Ability to motivate yourself and be able to get up to speed quickly - functioning independently in a supportive team
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills: you'll be constantly challenged to balance multiple initiatives, projects and perspectives
• Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software used for projects with remote team members and stakeholders
• Capable of managing and working in a virtual and multinational team environment

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director, Solutions Consulting (TripSource) is between $100,000. and $145,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
