What You Will Be Doing

Manage a team(s) of 6+ engineers

Manage code reviews, sprint demos and retrospectives

Work in an agile environment with two-week sprints

Work with the product team and stakeholders to build the best possible product

Focus on design and improvements of the company's server & real time bidding

Work on a native advertising platform that integrates multiple 3rd party ad servers and data providers

Work with a large engineering team to integrate data onto large infrastructure

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

10+ years, strong, disciplined skills in Java or C++ or C#

Willingness to program in Java

3+ years experience managing teams

Experience in advertising technologies a must

Experience with high throughput, low latency web server-based products

Experience with distributed (cross data centers) web applications (large scale distributed data stores, data replication, etc.)

Development experience on Linux platforms

Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment

Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to utilize team strengths to execute with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Experience with adtech, Real-Time Bidding, RTB, etc
