Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own, meet and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer and partner base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Create and manage channel partner forecasts
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue for 1Kosmos BlockID.
  • Directly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Increase business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding along with a white-glove level of support
  • Partner with the Marketing team to coordinate campaigns
  • Keep up to date with market developments
  • Understand and keep up to date with 1Kosmos BlockID offering


  • Minimum of 10-12 years of demonstrated successful solution sales experience in high-end major national/global accounts; verifiable track record of exceeding expectations with desired experience around Identity & Access Management
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Strong subject matter knowledge or industry knowledge in IAM and cyber security principles
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
  • Able to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and 1Kosmos service offerings
  • Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and Business Executives
  • Be a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search of savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients.
  • A consultative sales style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated success in developing, building, and managing relationships with client organizations
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, ideally network/cyber security required
  • Demonstrated passion for personally selling complex solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage HubSpot automation technologies (deal flow, templates, snippets, and sequences) to facilitate sales activities
