The team:  

Acumatica goes-to-market through an indirect channel of strategic reseller partners. The partner enablement team is critical to ensure our partners successfully market, sell and support our ERP. 

The opportunity 

Join our growing team as Partner Productivity Director and play a pivotal role in increasing the productivity of our Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will build systems & programs to identify and address bottlenecks, provide guidance so partners can grow faster their ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). 

This is a new role offering you the opportunity to build from scratch, work with our executive team and have a decisive impact on Acumatica. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Become the go-to expert: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the partner journey, identifying and prioritizing key growth levers across different levels and stages. 

  • Orchestrate enablement programs & journey in collaboration with other functions (e.g., Marketing, CSMs, Sales, Consulting) to activate these levers.  

  • Provide guidance/coaching to Partner Account Managers and Value-added Resellers. 

  • Measure and refine: Continuously analyze the effectiveness of implemented programs, making data-driven adjustments for maximized impact. 

  • Drive informed decision-making: Provide visibility to the executive team on the needs of our channel and improvements made (e.g., Insightful QBRs summaries, Dashboards).  

What’s needed:  

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Go-to-market teams have equipped you with a deep understanding of the SaaS business model: metrics, growth levers & funnel (Marketing to CSM). 

  • Excellent relationship management skills, including experience working with C-level executives. 

  • Strategic Thinking: Independent capability to dissect complex issues into fundamental elements and outline clear next steps.  

  • Ownership: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and take direct responsibility for outcomes in collaboration with other functions (e.g., Marketing, CSMs, Sales, Consulting).  

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and stakeholders.  

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.  

  • Comfortable in startup-like environment (unstructured, ambiguous, resource constrained, fast paced). 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills 

  • Can travel 10% to 20% of the time. 

Nice to have: 

  • 5+ years of experience working with or for Value-Added Resellers (VAR).  

  • Experience working in GTM teams selling ERP or complex business management solutions.
