The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic initiatives, managing executive staff, and facilitating high-level executive offsites. This role will ensure alignment between strategic goals and business operations, driving performance, innovation, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, facilitation skills, executive presence.

- Organize and facilitate executive offsites, ensuring productive discussions, clear takeaways, and actionable outcomes.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business management, or executive-level consulting.
- Proven experience managing executive teams and facilitating high-impact meetings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
