The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic initiatives, managing executive staff, and facilitating high-level executive offsites. This role will ensure alignment between strategic goals and business operations, driving performance, innovation, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, facilitation skills, executive presence.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the implementation of the company’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define corporate priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organize and facilitate executive offsites, ensuring productive discussions, clear takeaways, and actionable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational agility.
  • Program management of key executive initiatives 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business management, or executive-level consulting.
  • Proven experience managing executive teams and facilitating high-impact meetings.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and business transformation.
