Brij Image and Information, Inc. ( (link removed) is currently seeking a Director of Service Delivery to join our team! Are you an experienced ERP professional with project and people management experience, and a passion for delivering quality results?



The successful Director of Service Delivery will effectively manage large- and small-scale ERP engagements in the areas of Finance and Human Capital Management. This role will also manage a help desk team that resolves Finance and Human Capital Management help desk tickets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


The primary responsibilities of the Director of Service Delivery are to:



  • Work directly with clients and our internal team to ensure quality deliverables meet the applicable scope, schedule, and budget for each engagement

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, as well as internal team members

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term departmental goals (KPIs/OKRs)

  • Lead project status meetings, providing clients with a clear picture of engagement performance to plan

  • Manage a team to resolve help desk tickets in a timely and profitable manner.

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Manage the Core ERP delivery team, with skillsets in the areas of Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll

  • Manage resource schedules and delegate project tasks based on team members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • Mentor, and provide learning and development support to delivery team



REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Proven success contributing to a team environment

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Customer oriented



BASIC REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related area

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing large- and small-scale ERP implementation and support projects

  • Successfully managed at least three (3) full cycle ERP implementations

  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting JD Edwards Finance and Human Capital Management modules

  • Demonstrated ability to lead the documentation of client requirements and translate these requirements into a system solution, including effort estimations

  • Demonstrated experience leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, application designs, functional designs for integration and extensions

  • Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, derive options and solutions, and present in an understandable manner

  • Demonstrated ability to create high quality written documentation

  • Ability to travel (As needed, following CDC/COVID-19 safety guidelines)



PREFERRED EXPEREIENCE:



  • Related Certification (i.e. CPA, PMP)

  • Experience in multiple ERP systems (i.e. JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud ERP)

  • Experienced with Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
