Our core objectives are to leverage technology to bring data to life allowing for our customers to Reduce Redundancy Promote Efficiency Improve Customer Service Cost Time Savings Position Title Director of Sales and Business Development Position Description The Director is responsible for the sale of LingaTech services. In this role you will manage existing, IT client accounts as well as work closely with LingaTechrsquos Management Team to build new client relationships and business opportunities. You will develop new placement strategies, expand marketing of our technical capabilities, continue to expand our business relationships, and developing business plans emphasizing our ability to match client projects with technical talent. Bonuses Commissions available in addition to Salary Roles and Responsibilities Build market position through the following activities locating, developing, define, negotiate, and closing new business relationships. Increase company revenue through IT services as well as staffing and consulting opportunities by creating and managing strategic accounts. Expand our client base by contacting potential customers discover and explore opportunities Work with other LingaTech management to develop a business development strategy for existing markets and target markets for the growth of LingaTech services. Work effectively with Pre-Sales and Practice Resources throughout the sales cycle Develop negotiating strategies examine risks and potential estimate customersrsquo needs and goals Lead the development and presentation of solutionsproposals Close new business deals by coordinating requirements develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers Work closely and collaboratively with internal stake holders Articulate LingaTech capabilities and values to existing and potential customers. Account Executive maximizing the return on current client relationship. Create Manage consultant care program with the goals to maximize retention, increase referrals and support HR programs that improve employee work-life balance and career development. Maintain trust, integrity and continue to build the LingaTech reputation as a trusted partner with current and future clients. Qualifications Education Requirement 4yrs bachelorrsquos Degree in a related field or relative, equivalent experience Experience Requirement 5+ years of C-Level sales experience in the Information Technology Services field. 3+ years selling through the channel demonstrated experience ldquoeffectivelyrdquo leveraging partner relationships to build pipeline Successful track record in professional services sales Demonstrated ability to bring industry expertise and an Advisory POV to clients to support them in solving business challenges Successful experience in a ldquoHunterrdquo role with a ldquoBuilderrdquo mindset Requisite Abilities andor Skills Ability to assess competitive landscape Excellent business acumen with an ability to operate independently Excellent networking skills Decisive Problem solver with creativity and strong critical thinking skill Partnership Terms and Conditions Compensation structure Fixed salary with full company benefits, commission, and performance bonus.
