Job Description

Director of Sales at The Sales Developers

Generate NEW business revenue

This position will offer the right person an opportunity to grow and lead their very own sales team, yet the immediate need is to jump in with both feet, leverage all resources at their disposal, to generate net new revenue. As an individual contributor, you will use your in-house SDR team, personal network, marketing efforts and sheer ingenuity to find and deliver all of the revenue you can.

Grow and lead team of AE’s

While successfully growing your own book of business, you will learn what the best approach is and will model your team vision and strategy, accordingly. From there, you will work with HR to recruit, hire and train a best-in-class sales team, pure rockstar level and compound your production of revenue growth through on the field sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the TSD product and service suite
  • Leverage lead generation resources and tactics to set sales qualified meetings for yourself, execute these meetings and work qualified opportunities through to closed.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and lead a team of Account Executives
  • Exceed your individual and team revenue targets
  • Pipeline reporting to senior staff, working out of Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong understanding of sales, including prospecting, presenting and negotiating.
  • Must be confident using and learning new software, such as Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.
  • Coachable with the willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience working in Salesforce.com

  • Salary: $70k base ($120k OTE)
