Job Description

StaffGrabbers is exclusively partnered with a 500-person Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding software company on a Director of Product Marketing search.

Compensation depends on experience but is up to 220K on base.

Our client builds Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding software for corporate recruiting teams and has over 750 global clients. They're also 100% remote.

This Director of Product Marketing was newly created due to growth and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. As part of its responsibilities, it'll set up a brand-new Product Marketing department.

This Director will start out with one direct report. You'll have the budget to grow and scale the team once you're fully onboarded and feel ready to hire.

  • Spearhead the creation of a new Product Marketing department
  • Develop the Product Marketing basics including buyer personas
  • Build a strong and compelling value proposition for the product by researching competitors, the industry, etc.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of various GTM plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with Product team on the roadmap to drive growth/retention
  • Engage with customers and industry leaders to understand needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams as needed such as DemandGen
  • Conduct routine assessments of the GTM strategy and process

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7+ years of Product Marketing experience
  • Prior B2B marketing experience - required
  • Prior software, SaaS or IT experience - required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a highly visible position
