What You'll Do:+ Develops and directs product strategy and product management functions for the product portfolio+ Thinks strategically and operationally to ensure that the right features are being prioritized, developed, and delivered to meet the evolving customer needs in the market segment+ Discovers gaps in the product market fit of portfolio and recommends build/buy options to leadership teams to accelerate GTM timelines while balancing top line goals and margin optimization Key Responsibilities / Initiatives Include:+ Directs the activities of the Product Managers to enable and accelerate the strategy of taking the on-prem and hosted products to SaaS+ Identifies market problems and use cases to capture the "voice of the customer"+ Employs Design Thinking and Agile Product Development principles to create new product features, enhancements, extensions, and integrations that will entice existing customers to move to SaaS, as well as being attractive for net new customer acquisition+ Advocates for a consistent, modern, and functional user interface for products+ Creates a highly productive working relationship with cross-functional teams including sales leaders, support and implementation leaders, professional services, product marketing, field marketing, software engineering, scrum managers, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of end-to-end release management of the product roadmap+ Builds compelling business cases for prioritization and execution of product enhancements, add-on modules, and integrations to ensure product growth plans in identified segments and sub-segments+ Develops informed point of view on market dynamics, demand and technology trends, and competitive moves for the product markets that are serviced by the product portfolio+ Ensures that the Product Managers follow established frameworks and processes that govern the entire product lifecycle from defining requirements to product delivery+ Leads, coaches, and mentors Product Managers to take ownership of their products and achieve high performance Skills / Qualifications Needed:+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in software / computer engineering or business; MBA strongly preferred+ At least 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years of managerial responsibility+ Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend, and position products to optimize revenue potential+ Experience with business case development+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills+ Strong project management and organizational skills+ Excellent ability to develop recommendations, form judgments, and make decisions based on existing available data+ Experience in the healthcare technology, payments technology, or ARMS industry + Experience in Agile Product Development & Pragmatic Marketing+ Experience in Design Thinking+ Collaborative leadership and management style that fosters innovative thinking+ Excellent communication and presentation skillsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
