The Director of Marketing Strategy will report to the Vice President of Marketing Operations and will be responsible for maximizing profitability through the Partner lifecycle. This role will require a unique combination of strategic agility, creative thinking as well as analytical mindset to work across channel and vertical to acquire and onboard new partners as well as to grow share of wallet through high-impact campaigns that align with the company's strategic roadmap. The Director of Marketing Strategy will manage the strategic evolution of an international loyalty program as well as develop long term programmatic and promotional campaigns that drive profitable, long term engagement. A balance of strategic collaboration with company management, project, personnel and budget management is critical for this position. The Director of Marketing Strategy must be able to translate business needs into actionable results using business case analysis. This position requires a desire to take autonomous initiative to lead teams to consensus through excellent communication skills.

Partner with the Marketing Operations team to build effective B2B acquisition strategies across the organization, and leverage learnings to provide predictable growth for the business

Collaborate internally across the organization to ensure overall success with newly acquired customers and/or customer re-engagement

Responsible for the growth and ongoing strategic management of the international loyalty program

Leverage internal data to define customer segments and behaviors to build and present fact-based business cases for high-impact programs that drive profitable, long-term engagement

Serve as internal expert on marketing best practices, segmentation and content/offers that impact buying behavior

Partner with Local branch marketing leadership to ensure tight alignment with business objectives and cross-channel marketing promotions/programs

Oversee the development of successful share of wallet growth strategies across all verticals

Develop and maintain a performance tracking system to ensure marketing program strategies and campaigns are achieving goals while creating a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

12+ years' experience in marketing; or a bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in creative marketing

3+ years' management experience

Previous experience within a B2B environment

Demonstrated track record of proven business results

Experience with designing, delivering, and measuring effective acquisition programs

Proven track record in developing and implementing loyalty programs across large-scale enterprises that drive strong financial results

Experience in building and presenting business cases to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in consumer electronics

Previous experience in consulting
