We are looking for our first Director of Internal Communications to build our internal comms function from the ground up. In this role, you will architect the systems, processes, and rituals that will enable our organization across hundreds of corporate employees and thousands of specialist clinicians. Midi Health is the fastest-growing virtual clinic focused exclusively on women’s midlife health. We deliver insurance-covered care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone-related health challenges. Our care model combines clinical expertise with technology to improve access, outcomes, and quality of life for millions of women.

You will be the strategic architect of Midi’s internal communications program. Reporting to the VP of Communications, you will have a blank canvas to design how we communicate, how we celebrate wins, and how we navigate the complexities of a matrixed, rapidly evolving organization.

The salary for this role is 165,000-175,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
