The position requires skills ranging from being the spokesperson for the university and developing communication strategiestoexecuting complex programmatic campaigns across social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and blogs.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Integrate paid advertising and organic work across platformsSet creative strategy, manage the development and deployment of marketing material, and continuously test and optimize campaigns that yield inquiries and referralsDevelop and execute a plan for building and growing communities with set benchmarks for audience growth and engagementEDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or an equivalent field required.10 years of experience in marketing, ideally direct response in post-secondary education5 years of social media experience managing large scale (>$100k monthly) campaignsExtensive experience with Facebook campaigns including sequenced campaigns, dynamic ads, retention, retargeting, acquisition, lead generation, driving traffic and website conversions, engagement, and identifying the best messaging and ad type for the target audience and where they are in the marketing funnel.Ability to demonstrate success delivering growth in 2X or greater multiples in audience growth and engagement.Effective at manipulating data and using analytics for reporting and making data-driven decisions.Knowledgeable about the latest social media management KPI's and tools; has managed campaigns within Ads Manager and has vetted, managed, and used FB partners (e.g. Nanigans or Kenshoo) and implemented tracking tools.Has utilized tools for scheduling and community management.Creative and adept at finding new sources for audiences; uses in-house assets, website visitors, lookalike audiences. Creates large-scale and granular audiences and mitigates overlap by creating exclusions.Table stakes: excellent communication, project management, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsGrantham will seek to reasonably accommodate qualified individuals with a disability.
