You'll architect onboarding, residency, and continuous learning for our distributed provider team—elevating care quality and provider joy through modern, tech-enabled education.

- Building onboarding and residency programs that enable rapid ramp-up for our Nurse Practitioners.
- Driving provider satisfaction and quality through engaging education.
- Equipping clinicians with tools to confidently use our platform, workflows, and AI tools.
- Enhancing patient outcomes through smarter training + systems learning.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: 🌱
- 7+ years leading clinical education or learning strategy at a director level
- Deep experience in digital health, virtual care, or telemedicine
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, DNP, MD, EdD)- MUST have a clinical background providing care in the past
- Strong grasp of EHRs (Athena preferred) & provider workflow training
- Skilled in curriculum design, onboarding, and CE/CME development
- Bonus: experience with AI-driven education, simulation, or prompt-based learning
- You thrive in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments
