As our Director of Client services you will be responsible for growing our relationships with our top accounts and managing our incoming new business opportunities. As our first even Director in this role, you will help growth a department in a growing agency, leveraging our existing processes to execute your vision for this department. You will work collaboratively with the leadership of the agency and our project teams to exceed client expectations, creating memorable experiences for our clients

  • You have 10+ years of experience working at a digital agency

What you'll do
  • Lead our Client Services team, made up of our account management team (existing clients) and our account executive team (new business)
  • Define the future of Client Services and execute your vision
  • Excite and inspire team to do their best work
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the team as we grow
  • Be an active member of the agency leadership team
  • Work cross-departmentally to integrate best client services practices into our delivery process
  • Own and participate in client quarterly business review process
  • Mitigate client issues promptly and efficiently
  • Act as point of escalation for clients
  • Maintain account prioritization
  • Report on progress to agency leadership
  • Own creation and execution of project brief during sales to delivery handoff process; ensure delivery team is set up for success
  • Identify and define upsell opportunities and campaigns Lead the team responding to new business Track, report, and mitigate client satisfaction

$150,000 - $150,000 a year

Work remotely full time or from our Boston HQ. Must be eligible to work in the US, and based in a timezone between PST and EST.
