This person will be responsible for the team that leads the marketing automation platform, lead management framework, BDR operations, the Marketing tech stack and Marketing budget oversight. Reporting to the head of VP of Demand Marketing, this individual will ensure that the demand marketing engine is optimized and scalable. This role will collaborate closely with our Technology, Web Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing and Sales Operations teams, with the ultimate goal of helping Secureworks drive net new demand.Lead an established Marketing Operations team and have the ability to recruit, train and develop new talentDevelop, implement, manage, and improve operational processes and systems that create efficiencies and alignment within demand marketing and with key business partnersPartner with go-to-market leaders in regional marketing, channel marketing and sales teams to solve the challenges such as growing our marketable database size, driving funnel velocity, improving segmentation capabilities, enhancing lead signals, etc.Own global processes related to support, maintenance, and enhancement of our lead data strategy, enrichment, standardization, scoring, nurturing, routing, and segmentationPartner with Sales Ops to oversee data governance strategy and turn it into tactical implementation and execution of processes, tools, and organizational changeOversee data governance and ensure that we're following global and tech stack requirements and maintaining best practices related to data privacy and anti-spam complianceFind opportunities to improve marketing team leverage and efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale standard processes and marketing technologiesConstruct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including weekly and quarterly dashboards, reports and funnel metrics to measure inbound and outbound campaign performance, identify trends and measure ROIWork with regions to understand how regional legal and cultural needs are being followed regarding data strategy, automation needs and new technologiesDevelop marketing operations communication strategy to drive greater engagement with key stakeholders and awareness of team processes and capabilitiesMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 7 years in marketing operationsMinimum of 5 years of team managementMinimum of 2 years Salesforce experienceMinimum of 5 years Marketing Automation platforms, ideally MarketoPreferred Skills Strong strategic thinking capabilities and project management skillsExperience optimizing and mapping the demand funnel between marketing automation systems and SalesforceExperience with data governance and knowledge of global data compliance requirementsProven track record of conceptualizing and driving ideas from adoption to implementation to enablementExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to manage up and converse with peers and execs alikeExperience working at an B2B SaaS companyLocationUS- Remote #LI-Remote UNITED STATES: Secureworks (A Dell Technologies Company) is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
