Remote opportunity for a Director, IT Business Partner, responsible for designing, evolving, deploying and managing the process standards and controls for Commercial and Employer segments IT operating model. This role is the primary face-off point for Commercial and Employer business leadership to ensure their IT needs are adequately met. Will require regular one-on-one and group communication to senior executives that demonstrates command of strategic thinking, financial savvy, business acumen and IT expertise.Responsible for IT account management, solution design & development, project portfolio management and operations liaison for assigned business units/segments.Conduct and report on Commercial and Employer IT needs, capabilities and output on a monthly and quarterly basis using well-structured, consistent reports and deliverables.Understand Information Security priorities and effectively bridge the gap between business and IT teams with plans and actions to manage and mitigate risks to Magellan and its clients.Work closely with Engineering and Shared Services to align business and technical objectives. Broader experience across IT or across different industries (for external hires) is a must.
