Pride Media is looking for a Director, Integrated Sales, to join our team at Pride Media. Ourbrands includeOut,The Advocate, ,Plus,andOut Traveler, which each carry a legacy of authenticandpurposeful coverage of the news, entertainment, politics, fashion,travel, wellness, andissues that LGBTQ+ people care about the most.

In this position, you will develop, maintain, and manage accounts to which they are assigned. You will also evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends to identify prospective accounts, driving Pride Media messaging and generating direct sales revenue, print/digital/social/branded content/experiential, for Pride Media. This includes locating and contacting decision-makers at both the client and agency levels. You will also be responsible for developing the brand positioning and specific recommendations for integrated partnerships that include print, digital, social, branded content, and experiential activations. Additionally, you will collaborate with Brand Partnerships team to develop integrated solutions for custom programs, secure and respond to RFPs and develop cross-platform, revenue-generating marketing solutions that meet and exceed client objectives/KPIs.

External Focus:

Identify, create, and sell through cross-platform advertiser opportunities

Enhance Pride Media revenue generation by developing and maintaining digital/print/social/branded/experiential ad programs

Develop relationships with existing and new clients and their respective print, digital, social, public relations, and experiential agencies

Serve accounts with research, reporting, and new first to market opportunities that fit each brands marketing objectives

Anticipate clients marketing needs and develop proposals accordingly to drive
incremental business

Diagnosis existing and new client KPIs and prescribe creative and consultative partnership activations with Pride Media

Internal Focus:

* Assist Brand Partnerships with developing a compelling strategy for Pride Media brands and platforms
* Organize and report revenue via Salesforce platform
* Prospect clients and share industry trends as relayed by MediaRadar
* Generate weekly reports and updates re: client and revenue activity
* Present internal, cross-platform recommendations for sales partnerships
