Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult on Optum process re-engineering ensuring best in class AI solutions
• Oversee Optum Finance and Accounting AI Architecture Design from a business / finance and accounting perspective driving best in class solutions 
• Partner with the Six Sigma Director to create best in class AI solutions driving incremental IOI for Optum finance, accounting and the business processes 
• Oversee Finance and accounting Architecture meetings driving best in class design and decision support regarding Optum tech driven solutions versus finance and accounting development team
• Serve as AI Finance and Accounting AI expert partnering with Optum Technology to deliver best in class solutions across Optum 
• Ability to drive resolution of gaps in current state data infrastructure and IT solutions

Required Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of consulting experience in data analytics and/or advisory services ideally from a Big 4 Firm 

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Management and Systems 
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• AI / IT Architecture Design Expert 
• Data Analytics Data Strategy Expertise 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand details of current state, document gaps and make suggestions for improvement in executive presentations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
