Director - Business Analytics & Insights

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with CEO, CFO, VP Finance to deliver high-impact analytical insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Design and execute sophisticated analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance, market opportunities, and strategic options
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive consumption
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics and strategic KPIs
• Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate effectively with teams across finance, product, marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver integrated insights
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to executive audiences with clarity and impact

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (we use Tableau). Experience with modern data platforms and tools (we use Snowflake, dbt, GitLab, and others)
• 8+ years experience in a management consulting, investment banking, analytics or data science role.
• Significant experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment
