As Director of Integrated Marketing (Brand) at Ada, you will be the architect and steward of our global brand presence. In this leadership role, you’ll bring to life a bold and distinct voice for Ada - one that inspires trust, builds loyalty, and positions us as the AI platform of choice for customer service leaders.

You will oversee a cross-functional team spanning campaign strategy, creative development, brand design, and social media. Your mandate: to drive measurable business impact through world-class brand storytelling and full-funnel integrated marketing. This includes developing global and regional campaigns, owning our social media strategy, building strategic partnerships, and scaling creative excellence across every customer touchpoint.

About You

You’re a brand visionary and execution powerhouse. Equal parts strategist and operator, you know how to blend art and science to cut through competitive markets, shift perception, and generate demand. You understand how to connect the dots across channels, teams, and regions to deliver integrated programs that are both memorable and measurable.

You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, love rallying teams around big ideas, and are constantly looking for smarter ways to work - especially with AI and automation at your fingertips.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years in integrated marketing and brand leadership roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, with experience leading global teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Proven ability to create globally resonant brand campaigns that also drive commercial impact.
  • Expertise in social media strategy and execution, including both organic and paid approaches.
  • Strong background in media planning, sponsorships, and influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows and content development processes.
  • AI-savvy: actively experimenting with and adopting AI tools to drive speed and scale in content and campaign execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in brand and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience operating cross-functionally and cross-regionally; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Outcomes

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel integrated brand campaigns - from narrative development to creative execution - across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Translate brand campaigns into regional strategies tailored to NA, EMEA, and APAC markets, driving both awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Growth to ensure consistent messaging, storylines, and visual identity across all programs
  • Own and execute Ada’s global social media strategy, overseeing content calendars, platform strategy, community engagement, and measurement.
  • Expand our influencer and sponsorship programs to amplify reach, build credibility in strategic communities, and support demand generation efforts.
  • Define and report on KPIs across awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and brand equity.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of brand marketers, creatives, and channel owners.
  • Maintain the creative team’s quality and consistency of design across all brand materials and customer touchpoints
  • Partner with the VP of Product Design to ensure a seamless and branded customer experience - from first touch through retention.

The expected salary range for this position is $171,000 to $210,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
