Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Communications
- Maintain a strategic roadmap for existing and upcoming CSC features, ensuring platform enhancements, future products, and the prioritization of additional groups and scope are well-documented, communicated effectively, and properly aligned.
- Oversee and coordinate CSC governance communications and activities, including the Steering Committee, Change Champion Network, Change Control Board, Operations Team engagement, Community Meetings, and the Design Partner Program.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with new groups during the discovery phase to define scope, timeline, and project roadmap accordingly. Collaborate with leaders to drive SAFE implementations, managing ceremony calendars and release schedules effectively.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams to enhance communication about available CSC products and capabilities in partnership with the CSC OCM and Communications Team.
Platform Management & Improvement
- Manage the daily operations of the CSC program to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and rapid issue resolution.
- Oversee and prioritize the implementation of enhancements that improve user experience and platform functionality while aligning with business objectives.
- Coordinate communications regarding platform updates, monitor system performance, and swiftly address any issues to minimize disruptions.
Documentation & Learnings
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of operation model, platform operations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate training and knowledge sharing with internal project team by ensuring that all relevant information is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Proven leadership abilities to align teams on strategic goals, manage conflicts, and ensure business priorities are achieved.
- Ability to organize and maintain clear, accessible records of platform operations and updates.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards in platform operations and content quality.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:

Additional Preferences:
- Understanding of Adobe products.
- Three years of relevant experience in an advertising or digital production agency environment with exposure to marketing or medical campaigns.
- Proven ability to embrace digital transformation, drive changes and leverage technology to solve business problems.
- Previous experience using one or more project management or resource planning software tools such as Wrike, Jira, Workfront, Trello, BaseCamp, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results by proactively engaging with people across functions and leading without authority.
- Proven ability to be accountable, adaptable, and learn quickly in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive shifts in behavior.
- Agile or PMP certification.
