π Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist β PPC & Paid Media, you will design, build, and manage paid digital campaigns across search and social platforms for a leading fintech and cryptocurrency company operating across multiple international markets. You will work cross-functionally with design and marketing teams to develop creative concepts, drive customer acquisition, and continuously improve ROI across every channel you own. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns across PPC platforms β with a focus on driving acquisition efficiency and maximizing return on ad spend.
- Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns β including Facebook and Instagram β to expand reach, drive qualified traffic, and support broader paid media goals across social channels.
- Monitoring key performance metrics β click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROAS β and making real-time campaign adjustments to keep performance on track and budgets optimized.
- Analyzing and interpreting campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements to marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with the design team and cross-functional marketing teams to ideate and develop compelling creative concepts, ad copy, and assets that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Conducting ongoing keyword research, consumer trend analysis, and competitor brand monitoring β staying ahead of market shifts and ensuring campaigns remain relevant and competitive.
- Keeping fully up to date with the latest advancements in PPC strategies, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices β bringing new ideas and approaches to the team proactively.

What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media β with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency with Google Ads β including Search and Performance Max campaign types β and Google Analytics for performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns β from setup and targeting to creative testing and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEM techniques, PPC best practices, and paid media fundamentals across both search and social platforms.
- Experience conducting keyword research and competitor analysis across Google and Bing.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills β you are comfortable working with campaign data, identifying patterns, and making confident, data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills β you collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams and present performance insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills β you manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing accuracy or focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace β particularly Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Bonus: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Bonus: experience running paid media in regulated industries such as fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
- Bonus: familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Bonus: basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or how crypto platforms operate.
