Job DescriptionTheDigital Marketing Manager supports the consumer-facing suite of digital marketing and technology platform for the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and ERA Real Estate franchise brands. This multi-faceted role executes across four primary areas of responsibility: Project Management, Paid Media, Implementation, and Customer Engagement.Project Management: The Digital Marketing Manager works directly with internal Marketing, Operations and Technology teams as well as external Vendors, including development and marketing agencies, in a highly collaborative environment to support the brands' strategies. Paid Media: Works to both directly execute on paid media campaigns as well as oversee digital agencies to drive leads, track consumer behavior, and optimize campaigns. Implementation: Utilizes content management systems, analytics and tagging platforms to publish content, improve consumer insights and introduce new programs across our growing suite of websites and marketing technologies. Customer Engagement: Works with internal teams and franchisees to drive adoption of digital marketing programs and resolve issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: Directly manage select programs within the B2C and affiliate technology product suite. Maintain product roadmaps and work with internal and external development teams to insure timely delivery of new products and continual enhancements to existing products.Lead online traffic and lead generation strategies for ERA and BHGRE spanning SEM, SEO, Email, and Paid Social with varying target audiences and campaign goals. Works both with agencies as well as directly accesses advertising platforms to manage budgets and optimize campaigns/content.Manage analytics and tagging across online web platformsWork in conjunction with the other marketing and communications team members (content creation, content publishing and editorial planning) and brand operations as necessary to resolve issues and drive awareness/engagement for the team's responsible suite of programs.Support operations-led products and programs from a technology perspectiveenvironment, effectively balancing stakeholder support with the overall strategic goals of the businessMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, particularly in Marketing, IT or related fields is preferred or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.A minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on website product development and management, SEO, paid media, and/or traffic & analytics.Experience with multiple CMS's (Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager, etc) is required. Additional knowledge of HTML, Javascript and other related development/programming skills are a plus.Google Product Suite experience is a plus (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Forms, etc)Advertising and Social platform experience - direct channel advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions), social developer account, and/or 3 rd party enterprise suites (e.g., Sprinklr, Kenshoo, Adroll) requiredDemonstrated project management skills, including ability to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders.Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills, including the ability to present to and work with all levels of management, including franchisees and corporate team leadership.
