The Digital Marketing Manager will join the growing marketing team. You will own the digital paid channels and help bring in top of the funnel prospects. This role will have their own growth driving marketing initiatives helping the lead generation team growth top of the funnel demand.We're looking for someone who loves to work across a variety of digital channels, enjoys testing new ideas and passionate about growing demand. You will...Grow existing display paid channels and explore new channels.Iterate on new ad creative ideas across paid channels.Build segmentation for different ad groups and channels.Work with the entire marketing team to find new ways to use our current marketing material to enhance ad campaigns.Provide reporting to upper management on spend and campaign performance.Understand and work with the marketing team on budgeting and pipeline forecasts in relation to digital marketing campaigns.Provide data on ad creative performance to the marketing and design to to assist on new assets.You Have...3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketingHands on experience in managing and scaling paid search campaignsMust have B2B experience. Healthcare is a plus. B2B2C a plusExperience in managing cross-channel campaignsAbility to think creatively across copy and new channel opportunities.Experience with Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Retargeting display ads.
