You're a Storyteller.

  • You're a conversationalist, able to communicate and convey the voice of our brand and the personality behind it.
  • You can speak beyond our product's utility, truly conveying our position as a lifestyle brand.
  • As a growth-driven marketer, you're able to develop a content strategy which strengthens loyalty while growing our digital footprint, engagement and following.
  • You will amplify the personality of the Off-Road Team, translating the collective "hero's" journey directly to the consumer.

You're a Strategist.

  • You're campaign savvy with the ability to build a communications-aligned digital content calendar, which amplifies product, brand, athlete milestones.
  • Aligned with business objectives, you'll utilize digital content plans which drive awareness, consideration, and intent/conversion.
  • You're able to cultivate and nurture the right digital marketing partnerships, which insure we are aligned with the proper content hubs and helps to amplify our brand's message.

You're an Executor.

  • Along with being able to visualize the strategy, you can build and implement the plan that brings it to life.
  • Internally, you're a champion for the strength of digital and can implement actionable plans throughout all functions.
  • Operationally, you're comfortable with the administrative duties of your realm, including managing budgets, RFP processes.


  • Develop, present, and implement an annual digital marketing plan aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Independently translate the "lifestyle" of the brand and Off-Road Team around experiential and field marketing efforts
  • Build and manage your vertical's annual budget including proposal, forecast, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Seek and utilize digital tools/practices which steam line and optimize campaign impact.
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends.
  • Have experience developing a unique and organic social media persona for a brand or individuals
  • You are comfortable with strategizing and executing, who can effortlessly leverage your skill on both sides.
  • Develop and utilize metrics to measure performance versus business priorities
  • Experience utilizing social media SAAS platforms to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of social channels
  • Experience in managing social targets (conception, posting, tracking, and optimizing)
  • Proven success in fully managing social media strategy, campaigns, and implementation.
  • Ability to brief, collaborate, and manage external service agencies.


  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in managing social targets (conception, posting, tracking, and optimizing).
  • Proven success in fully managing social media strategy, campaigns, and implementation.
  • Ability to brief, collaborate, and manage external service agencies.

· Proficiency in web analytics software and digital marketing tools.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas.
· Proactive and confident self-starter able to work with minimal direction.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional, cooperative, and positive attitude.
· Reside inside (or willing to relocate to) the state of Texas.




Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
