We're adding to our Digital Communications Team and hiring a Digital Marketing and Web Analyst to help optimize our web traffic through capturing and analyzing web analytics. You'll support teams with data driven insights on our digital marketing, customer leads, and grace.com personalization. In addition, you will also consult and collaborate with broader teams on analytics-based digital media strategies, including content strategy, social media, email, search engine optimization and paid search/social media.

The ideal candidate will be based at our headquarters in Columbia, MD, however other options include hybrid and/or remote. The successful candidate must be proficient in (expertise) working with web analytic services (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target). Additional responsibilities include:

Actively produce reports from our Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics accounts
Influence and guide marketing teams on our paid digital, social and traditional measurement KPIs and strategy to drive optimization and conversion
Develop KPIs, gauge channel performance and user engagement, identify actionable insights, and communicate results through dashboards and presentations and written analyses.
Provide data insights (using web analytics and third-party data sources) to inform site and campaign strategies
Act as a consultant to other teams on analytics-based digital media strategies, including content strategy, social media, email, search engine optimization and paid search/social media.
Required Experience
B.S. degree
Minimum of 5 years of working with web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), media reporting platforms (Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn, etc) and analyzing and presenting web analytics.
Required Skills
Experience using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target,
Ability to develop strategies and recommendations based on digital data to improve content performance
Balance of both analytic and creative skills.
Must be able to analyze and summarize data.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce, Google Adwords, and Pardot
Experience working in one or more industry leading data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio)
