It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
About this Role:
As part of the Marketing Technology Operations Team, you will be a key part of a group of digital strategists and analysts working to enhance the Bank's digital capabilities. We are looking for an analytics expert who can help transform insights across FNB's digital assets.
You will be asked to uncover business, servicing, marketing, website, and mobile insights to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales, life-time value, and brand affinity. As a subject matter expert in designing & implementing best in class digital analytics, you will leverage your expertise to develop the foundation necessary for a digital experience platform.
+ Enable, control and manage FNBO's digital user data collection and vendor tags to drive more relevant and profitable customer interactions
+ Implement a digital analytics roadmap developing processes around analytics collection, quality, governance, & standardization across FNBO's digital properties
+ Expand roadmap with integration opportunities utilizing current and expanding on FNB's digital technology stack
+ Own tag management architecture and native mobile equivalents
+ Maintain privacy focused digital data & tagging strategy to ensure compliance with regulations
+ Work with team leaders to develop and measure functional KPIs
+ Help gain insights into our customers by profiling them across a variety of attributes, and then creating or optimizing actionable segments
+ Ownership of enterprise digital data layer, tag management, digital experience, and analytics platform(s)
+ Advise on A/B and multivariate testing for business, website, mobile, & UX teams
+ Advocate for process management, communication, and team cohesiveness
+ Strong technical acumen with web analytics, data QA and validation, and ability to debug data and technical issues
+ Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Tealium IQ
+ Experience with Adobe Target & other AEC products preferred
+ Have a firm understanding of digital technology stacks and ability to lead initiatives to optimize & expand
+ Well-organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
+ Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients
Minimum Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems
+ 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with front end engineering, data mapping, tag structuring, and/or other relevant experience
+ Proficient in analyzing data from Adobe products, Decibel or similar
+ Travel as required
Compensation range (base pay): $71,210.00-$114,158.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
