Job Description

Development and Fundraising Development Data Analyst Data Coordinator II) -Fully Remote or Hybrid Reporting to the Assistant Director, Development Data Services, the Development Data Analyst works closely with Director of Data and System Project Management, and other colleagues within the Data and Systems team to vet, facilitate, and fulfill over 700 ad-hoc data requests per year on behalf of the Office of Development. Roles & Responsibilities: Fulfill and facilitate ad hoc data requests triaged by Director of Data and System Project Management using a wide variety of tools and query scripts, including MS Excel and SQL Vet and reconcile datasets in Raiser's Edge from various data sources pertaining to constituencies, including, but not limited to, prospects, donors, event registrants, patients, students, alumni, and faculty for HIPAA compliance Perform data imports: Review, clean, and standardize source data; create import files and run imports using Import-O-Matic. Post-import, perform quality control and correct inconsistencies to maintain data integrity Stay up-to-date in current business process, data governance and protocols, and data-related tools and technology Uphold data privacy, exercise critical thinking and best judgement in handling sensitive and critical data Participate in user testing, feedback, and training sessions on new data and systems initiatives Be open to learning new tools and applications as needed Provide back up on projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director Requirements: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a development office Must have experience manipulating large datasets using MS Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
