Hello, We are helping our client look for a Deskside Support. Here is the job description Title Deskside Support Work Location Austin, TX-remote for the time being. Ifwhen client site opens, resource is expected to be onsite. Requested Start Date ASAP End Date 08312023 Responsibilities The open Deskside Support tech position supports a Company project. The resource will deal with all master tickets as they are reported. Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to singlemultiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products. Provide technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and administration of environments, running on various platforms, ensuring SLA targets are met. Provide ongoing management andor improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security, telecommunications networks, etc.). Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software inventories, using standard asset management systems and procedures. Receive and respond to customer problems, issues, or requests. Ensures proper documentation, tracking, escalation, and follow up of all incidents. Working with customers in person, over the phone, or virtual.
