Do you love innovating and blazing new trails to solve crucial marketing problems in new, breakthrough ways? Then Lytics would love to talk to you about joining our Marketing team as Demand Generation Manager. This person will take on full responsibility for all aspects of demand generation defining, creating, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of program types and channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will also help shape and guide the overall marketing and go to market strategy for Lytics, and work closely with sales and sales leadership on the complete path to purchase experience.You will research and quickly determine the most appropriate means to generate awareness and interest among our target buyers and accounts: senior digital marketers at B2B and B2C brands. You will then craft and run account-based and vertical campaigns across traditional, digital, social, virtual events, and inbound channels.You will work with marketing automation, Salesforce automation, our customer data platform, and other demand generation tools to regularly monitor and measure program effectiveness; and report on this to the executive leadership team.Partnering with the marketing team and our outside sales team, you will ensure close alignment between sales and marketing to increase demand program effectiveness, and overall revenue attainment.This role reports to the VP of Marketing, and the position can be remote. Lytics is based in Portland, OR, and some travel may be required in the future.Job Responsibilities: Demand generation strategy: define overall demand generation strategy, working through defined targets and budget. Program execution: develop and execute high impact, creative campaigns to generate interest and lead to high quality sales opportunities within our ICP and key accounts. Content: collaborate with product marketing and other internal stakeholders to build high quality campaign content. Operations: Design and deploy a measurable marketing engine, including marketing automation, Salesforce automation, and Lytics Customer Data Platform. Measurement: continually measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including leads, opportunities, cost per lead, etc.Qualifications 4+ years of demand generation experience; including the ability and desire to be a working leader while performing demand generation activities Experience across breadth of demand generation mix: inbound, digital, social; in an account-based model. Highly creative ability to think outside the box to find new ways to generate interest and excitement among our target prospects. A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance including ROI and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition Very strong written and verbal communication skills. CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation experience. Experience and familiarity with Martech stacks, and customer data platforms a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff, customers, and partners. Startup experience and the ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
